
Burrrrrrrrp...whoopsi excuse moi.
I feel damn stuffed and it's getting a little irritating. I like to eat but full stomach makes me feel grouchy. However in most case, I lost the balance and eat too much till I feel bad. It's not good for the health of my stomach either. I really need a healthy diet plan that can fulfill nutritive requirements for a day and contains not too much calorie at the same time. If you're a dietician/self-claimed dietician or whatever, give me any advice. It'll be obliged.
