STEVE AOKI & THECOBRASNAKE ATTACK SEOUL

Mark & I

Yes Yes Yes
It has been 2 weeks since I posted the last one. I was not that busy I just ran out sources to write about and finally, I got something to take down.
Last 11th, Steve Aoki, one of the busiest DJs probably in the world, hit Seoul with his buddy Mark the Cobrasnake

Zinsoo of IKONZ asked me to help setting up KR3W booth at the venue so we arrived 3 hours earlier to finish up before the crowd came in and luckily, we could meet Steve and Mark there quite privately. I showed Mark my pink cobrasnake t-shirt and got autographs from him and Steve.

Later, the crowd started entering in. I was amazed by how they dressed. It was like 97% of fashion people in Seoul were gathering. It ain't a fashion week, boys and girls!(just kidding)
Most of them were skinny, had their eyes smudged with blacky eye shadow, got bitten fingernails, and flamboyant pieces of American Apparel. It was funny that some of them actually came to the party to get paparazzied by Mark. It musta been fun and he shoulda got the index pic of thecobrasnake.com, if someone was in Hanbok, traditional Korean costume.

The party was started by Cut Chemist, former DJ of Jurassic 5 and he showed his talented DJing skills as he made up sequences with people's voices recorded at the spot. After 2 hours of Cut's killing set, Steve finally appeared on the stage. When the fires were flaming up, the audiences started losing control. We jumped, fell, ed banged to the beat- MAD HECTIC. Steve was like a black wizard spelling us with his hypnotic set. I was almost knocked out since I bounced and rocked too hard. But the party was worth it.
If you're a citizen of Seoul and you didn't come to the party,
you should feel sorry by now.
